Job Description

  • Manage introducer and affiliate relations, negotiation, communication and recruitment
  • Implement initiatives that enhance introducer and affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase
  • Communicate with introducers and affiliates, answering inquiries about company introducer and affiliate programmes
  • Evaluate and optimize introducer and affiliate offerings on an individual and general basis
  • Manage, monitor and analyse introducer and affiliate on daily basis to optimize affiliate activities and drive sales and program efficiencies
  • Monitor data trends and analyse affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability
  • Run well-conceived marketing tests to help optimize introducer and affiliate sales and retention
  • Provide solution and assistance to introducers and affiliates and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues
  • Stay up-to-date with financial market events, news and developments
  • Research and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions

Person Specification

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in European market
  • Previous experience as Affiliate Manager/IB within the Forex industry will be consider as an advantage
  • Native/Fluent in English or German or French or Spanish or Portuguese, speaking and writing
  • Additional languages will be consider as an advantage
  • Knowledge of subscription-based acquisition marketing would be an advantage
  • Passion for affiliate marketing and the wider digital industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting
  • Strong people and partnership management skills
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills

Job description

  • Manage various organizational projects by communicating effectively with departmental project managers or stakeholders
  • Provide leadership in developing and analyzing business requirements, communicate detailed project objectives, define roles and produce schedules and timelines for the assigned tasks
  • Contribute heavily in the implementation of tools, techniques and methodology within the departments, to ensure high quality execution, according to the set deadlines
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ensure all projects are compliant and aligned with business needs and identify possible risks for project deliverable/ timelines and critical milestones
  • Oversees project status including budget management and reporting, removing impediments and escalates issues to leadership as required

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering or a technology focus
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Leader in the Financial Industry or Information Technology Sector
  • Previous experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • PMP/Prince certificate will be considered as a plus
  • Business fluency in the English language
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset, highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Able to meet strict deadline and solution-oriented
  • Proactive, multifaceted, capable of working on concurrent projects and able to communicate effectively while collaborating with members of the FX Multi-platform Marketing team, cross-functional support organizations, vendors and executives

  • Sales experience within the Financial / FX / Options Industry is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of the online trading industry
  • Strong network within the financial services industry in South Africa and Africa will be considered an advantage
  • Successful completion of the RE5 Examination will be considered an advantage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Excellent telesales skills
